BASIC APPEARANCE: Silver-and-white tabby tom with light amber eyes.
DETAILED APPEARANCE: A fine-cut tom with silver-and-white fur, Casiyn might look mysterious to some. Subdued amber eyes framed by shadowy-black stripes make his features unique, and a face that is usually expertly masked gives him a feel that can't quite be placed. Despite the fact that he's hard to read, he sometimes comes off as troubled.
PERSONALITY & DESCRIPTION: The sudden loss of his parents in a fire shocked him from his once good-nature, and now he is left scraping at the bottom of who he oncewas. He blames himself for his father's death, running away in favor of saving himself instead helping Jraal, who was injured on his behalf. His outlook is darker, and his limits have expanded. Just how far he has no knowledge of, but with each passing day he realizes he is willing to do more, willing to cross more lines for the sake of his inner cause. Looking the other way steadily becomes easier, although a part of him knows how dangerously-close he is to becoming apathetic to everything. It is a quiet battle every day, but what he believes in is the one part of his life that remains stationary, the one thing he can rely on to be constant. Even if his methods of maintaining his status quo change, his utmost goals do not. He wouldn't turn his back on a friend in need, he'd in fact do everything in his power to keep them safe, even if they disagreed with his methods. Casiyn is wary of trust, wary of putting his feelings in someone who might not always be there; he is afraid of losing those he finds a connection with, and he struggles to see past this fear. He hides from the guilt he doesn't even realize is there, but he also hides from himself. Would his younger self be proud of where he is now? Would his parents be proud? He leaves those questions unanswered, terrified of confronting their answers. Regardless of what he thinks, the self-aware part of him knows the answers, and the day he is finally honest with himself is the day that he can accept his changes and his struggles. Whether fate will lead him to this conclusion or to total darkness will be defined by how he lives the rest of his life.
