BASIC APPEARANCE: Brown mackerel tabby tom with green eyes.

DETAILED APPEARANCE: Bear Claw is a large brown tabby tom cat with striking green eyes and a white chin. He has broad shoulders and looks like he would be one to jump into the middle of a fight for no reason.

PERSONALITY & DESCRIPTION: He is quite the opposite of that, he tends to stay back and observe the conflict before stepping in, either to try and defuse the situation with words or to join in the fight if he knows that words will no resolve that conflict. He had been a lone wanderer until he got to know Cougar Scream after she lost her family, he figured she would need a friend in her time of loss and resolved to be that friend. He fell for her rather quickly and encouraged her to think of herself better and tried to undo some of the damage left behind by her father. Bear loves her with his whole heart and will do anything to protect her from any more harm. Bear Claw got his name from his mother, Daisy Tail, who wanted to name him something strong since he was a very small kit when born. He grew up and lived up to his name, as he is a rather large tom. Bear never knew who his father was as Daisy Tail never mentioned him and he never stepped forward. The saving grace that kept Bear from exploring for the details of his father further is his sister Hushed, she was someone he realized that he needed to protect and would always protect her as he does the same with his mate. Bear only recently realized how his mother was towards Hushed, he knew that she was more focused on him and pushed Hushed to the side every single time, but he never really understood how much it affected his sister until he met Cougar and saw how her behavior matched that of Hushed's. While he wishes his mother was alive so that he could confront her about what she did, he is happy that she is no longer alive to deal damage to Hushed. He now tries to make Hushed realize that she is more important than she thinks and tries to encourage her to speak to others, though he does get overly protective of her if he thinks someone is being mean to her. Bear is now living a peaceful life with Zephyr and still tries to encourage Cougar Scream to see herself in a better light.
