NAME: Kestrel Flash
RANK: Member
AFFILIATION: Tempest
IMMEDIATE KIN:
Morning Fawn (mother)
Falcon Strike (father)
Owl Song (sister)
Soaring Hawk (brother)
BASIC APPEARANCE: Slender ginger tom with hazel eyes.
DETAILED APPEARANCE: He is a fiery orange tom with white tabby stripes and golden hazel eyes. His fur is thick and sometimes ruffled, although he tries to keep it groomed. Flash is on the taller side of average with long legs and a slender body, ending with a long bushy tail to give him sufficient balance.
PERSONALITY & DESCRIPTION: A flash of his smile would set you at ease, immediately informing you that the tom displaying it was nothing more than friendly and easy going. His relaxed nature makes him very approachable and he often finds himself lending an ear without realizing it, or possibly even intending to. Flash has the kind of personality you might find yourself opening up to, spilling secrets and fears that have only been spoken to few, because he's so naturally comfortable. The fiery orange tom seems to walk along without a care, so as matured as he seems when talking to him, he also gives off a strong impression that he's never serious. His tendency of being in a jocular mood doesn't help, but thankfully, he's learned that there is a time and place for jokes. Unfortunately, he doesn't always see it until it's too late. One thing that no one realizes, though, is that Flash is secretly a romantic at heart. Growing up, their mother, Fawn, would often tell him and his littermates about how great their father, Falcon, was and how much they loved each other, but a harsh leaf-bare resulted in a desperate fox wandering through their territory. Falcon died in the battle against it shortly after they were born, and Fawn's tales of his bravery included how he had died to protect them. This caused him to grow up with a very romantic notion of love, but since his mother never took another mate, he had no real chance to see it displayed. Without this example in his life, he often finds himself shaky with nervousness when around someone he fancies. These unfortunate encounters often lead to his worst jokes and most awkward moments. Flash sometimes worried about his mother being lonely, but Fawn always swore until the day illness claimed her life that Falcon was her one and only, and Flash admired her commitment, silently vowing to love any mate he took just as loyally. His siblings, Owl and Hawk, eventually decided to wander off, seeing if they could make a life for themselves, but Flash hopes to see them again one day.
