Kadaj smiled. He looked tired, but also far too satisfied for such a serious discussion. "Now what fun would that have been?" It was said just as Shrikewind was turning away, and Kadaj took that as his own turn to leave. He didn't hesitate before turning on his heels and bounding away, back to the fields and trees where he had made his home.
